	EMANIM, an educational web application to create 3D rotatable, zoomable animations of electromagnetic waves, circular dichroism, and related phenomena. It is available in English, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Hungarian. An older standalone version, EMANIM Classic, now deprecated in favor of the web application, is also still available.
	GMENTRO.PY, a program to calculate configurational entropies from conformational ensembles.
	imagelayout.py, a program to arrange images according to a specified layout to produce a large image. It can also add labels, borders, arrows, etc. Useful for the creation of figures consisting of sub-figures for papers, etc.
	Tabnetviz, a table-based network visualizer. A convenient command-line tool, it generates sophisticated network visualizations from data provided in a node table and an edge table. See demo, User Guide, Tutorial.
